Who can submit a grant application?
The grant application can be submitted individually or in consortium form.
Independently:
Small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations
Budgetary and budgetary organizations, non-profit and other non-profit organizations
Non-profit business organizations, religious legal entities, if they qualify as research and knowledge transfer organizations
HUN-REN research institutions, if they qualify as research sites or research knowledge transfer organizations

In the case of independent implementation, the equity exceeds HUF 200m, in the case of consortium implementation, the joint equity exceeds HUF 400m

The consortium can have a maximum of 3 members.
Consortium members may be partners or affiliated companies of each other.
At least 65% of the support must be requested by a profit-oriented enterprise during both planning and implementation.
- A consortium leader cannot be a micro-enterprise

How much support can I apply for?
In case of independent implementation: minimum 200 million HUF – maximum 300 million HUF
In case of consortium implementation: minimum 400 million HUF – maximum 500 million HUF
What is the intensity of support?

The intensity of the support depends on the size of the enterprise and the conditions agreed upon. In the case of industrial research it is 50–80% , in the case of experimental development it is 25–60% , while in the case of general de minimis support it can be 70% . Depending on the composition of the project, it is possible to plan an overall support intensity of up to 50–70% . The advance payment is 50% or 100%.
Commitments
Required:
The product, technology or service resulting from the project must reach at least TRL 7 by the end of implementation, and TRL 9 by the end of the 24th month following the completion of the project.
Obtaining a military technical activity license
Project implementation mentoring, undertaking the preparation of a market entry business plan
Optional (at least 1 must be selected):
In the 1st and 2nd years of the maintenance period, the total revenue from the market sales of the product or service developed within the framework of the project reaches at least 20% of the grant awarded.
Until the physical completion of the project , an application for a European Union trademark and/or design protection is submitted to the EUIPO in connection with the market entry of the supported RDI result.
