There is a standard international framework and methodology for defining innovation content. In addition, there are also well-known organizational, process and resource requirements for the effective implementation of innovations.
That is why, in step 0, a uniform series of tests can be developed to assess the suitability of the sources. By evaluating the answers to these tests, the decision-maker will receive an answer to his very first question: is this worth it for us to deal with?
How do I get the results of the rapid test?
The test series we have compiled includes 13 groups of questions, ranging from the level of development of the development idea, through an overview of organizational capacities, to learning about the business goals expected from the development. Completing the test takes an average of 11 minutes, after which our colleagues evaluate the answers, and we summarize the findings in a quick report within 3-5 working days.
The rapid report is a decision-making material, the purpose of which is to assess: should we deal with the involvement of innovation development resources in more detail?
