What it is
For individuals who want to actually work with the framework. Includes:
Full essay (PDF/HTML)
A condensed slide deck (15–20 slides) for internal presentations
A Meta-R KPI / dashboard template (e.g. Excel / Notion) to track indicators across the three domains
Usage limitations
Licensed to one practitioner (e.g. strategist, policy analyst, PM).
All materials may be used for internal presentations within their employer (showing the slides, using the dashboard), but:

Files may not be shared outside the employer, resold, or uploaded to public repositories / LMS systems.
The slide deck may be adapted (e.g. adding your own slides) for internal use, but the core content may not be rebranded as your own IP.
The KPI template may be customised, but redistribution of the template itself outside the organisation is not allowed.
No use for AI/ML training, no bulk text extraction for commercial derivative tools.
